B&G Crane Service, LLC is a locally owned and operated company founded in New Orleans in 1946. B&G has played an instrumental role in the support of the construction industry of the city and the surrounding region. Operating over 60 years, B&G Crane now has three generations involved in management and daily operations. With corporate headquarters located in New Orleans and branch offices in Metairie and Baton Rouge, our service area is concentrated in southeastern Louisiana, however B&G’s mobile fleet can service our customers throughout the southeastern United States.

Staffed by a highly skilled work force, B&G operates with a continuously updated fleet of over 100 cranes ranging from 4 ton to 800 ton capacities and a supporting truck fleet in excess of 50 vehicles. We efficiently operate an extensive, highly accountable safety and maintenance program to ensure the quality of our service and fleet.

B&G maintains a safety standard second to none. With the majority of our work being performed in Louisiana’s petrochemical industry, B&G has implemented a safety program which meets and exceeds the most stringent standards. By creating a safety orientated work environment, B&G has instilled a “safe work” attitude which is shared by all employees from the highest levels of management to field personnel.

In order to guarantee the highest quality service possible, B&G has developed an extensive maintenance program. Our full time in house service department at each branch keeps the equipment in top operating condition so that the performance on the job site will meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. B&G continues to maintain its service with a fleet of road mechanics to ensure equipment performance on the job site.
